Product Features
Early strength: 1-day compressive strength ≥ 20MPa, shortens demolding time. High strength, 28-day compressive strength of 260MPa. Special requirements can be met, including 28-day compressive strength of 280MPa or even ≥100MPa, to satisfy heavy load requirements.
Minimal shrinkage: Non-shrinkage effectively inhibits the formation of cracks.
High self-leveling: fills all voids without the need for mechanical vibration during construction.
Low-temperature construction: Grouting operations can be carried out at temperatures as low as -10℃.
Excellent wear and tear resistance: After 1 million fatigue tests, 50 freeze-thaw cycles, and 3,000 hours of accelerated aging test, no visible defects were observed. After soaking in engine oil for 30 days, the strength increased by over 10%.

Application Scope
1. Increased structural beam and column cross-section reinforcement, repairs, and construction.
2. Structural steel column footings, anchor bolts, prefabricated building connection sleeves, and anchoring construction for various structural connecting components.
3. Operations and maintenance, as well as emergency repair construction for municipal infrastructure, high-speed rail, road bridges, tunnels, airports, ports, and industrial factories and mines.
4. Rapid installation of precision equipment production lines and instruments, as well as secondary grouting installations for wind farm foundation bases, tower foundations, and large equipment foundations.
Instructions
Grouting construction
Basic processing and formwork
1. The basic surface should be treated with grooving or use a reinforced bonding agent for interface treatment.
2. Clean the base surface thoroughly, ensuring there are no debris, laitance, loose dust, oil stains, or release agents.
3. Prior to grouting, the foundation surface should be thoroughly moistened 24 hours in advance. One hour before grouting, remove any accumulated water.
4. When installing the support templates, seal the joints between the base and the templates, as well as between the templates themselves, using materials like tape or expanding foam, ensuring that the base template is waterproof.
5. The horizontal distance around the template and base should be maintained at approximately 100mm for ease of grouting work.
6. The template's top elevation should be 50mm higher than the surface of the equipment base.
Grout material preparation
1. Mix with water according to the manufacturer's recommended water quantity (the mixture ratio of slurry to water is approximately 12.5%).
2. Recommend using mechanical stirring, with a stirring time of typically 2-3 minutes. A small amount can also be stirred manually, starting by adding 2/3 of the water and stirring for 2 minutes, then adding the remaining water and stirring until uniform.
3. Mix materials at a location close to the pouring and grouting site. The mixing amount should be determined based on the usage to ensure all materials are used up within 45 minutes.
4. Do not add any admixtures or penetrants to the grouting material during on-site use.

Grouting pouring construction
1. For longer equipment or track foundations, segmented construction should be employed. This means using the "skip storage" method, with each section not exceeding 5 meters in length.
2. During the secondary grouting, the following requirements should be met:
1) During grouting, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be minimized as much as possible.
During the grouting process, vibration is strictly prohibited. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is essential to avoid pushing from the middle or top of the grouting material to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
3) If leakage occurs during the grouting process, it should be addressed promptly.
4) When the grouting distance exceeds 1.5 meters (≥1.5m), it is recommended to use the high-position funnel grouting method.
Demolding and maintenance
After grouting is completed, if there is a need to remove any parts, it can be done 3-6 hours after grouting, before the grout hardens, by gently scraping with a trowel or shovel. Cure according to standard concrete construction and maintenance practices. In high temperature and dry conditions, cover the grouted area with wet straw mats or rock wool blankets immediately within 30 minutes after grouting, and keep it moist. When the temperature is above -10°C, use a single layer of plastic film, two layers of straw, or other alternatives for curing. When the temperature is below -10°C, methods such as greenhouse techniques or heat storage methods can be employed.
Packaging and Shipping
Store in a dry environment, avoid direct sunlight, ensure waterproofing and moisture protection. Shelf life is 3 months. Can be transported as general cargo.
