I. Purpose of Mechanical Grating:
GSHZ Type Rotating Grating Screen Wastewater Cleaner (also known as "Solid-Liquid Separator"), widely used in urban sewage treatment plants, waterworks, pumping stations, and power plant intake, automatically intercepts and removes floating matter in the water to ensure the normal operation of the downstream process; it can also be used for solid-liquid separation in textiles, dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, papermaking, sugar production, winemaking, and food processing.
Section II: Model Significance:

III. Key Features:
Tightly structured, with simple electrical control for easy automation; corrosion-resistant, low energy consumption, and low noise; continuous cleaning action, and clean effluent discharge.
Four: Working Principle of Mechanical Grating
The device consists of tines made from ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel, which are mounted in a specific sequence on a tine shaft to form a closed tine chain. The lower part is submerged in the water channel. As the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate uniformly and in a fixed direction, the entire tine chain moves from top to bottom, separating solid debris from the liquid. The fluid passes through the gaps between the tines and is discharged, with the entire working process continuing continuously.
Due to the shape of the tine structure, as the tine chain carries debris to the upper end and reverses, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between the front and rear tines, causing the debris to fall off under gravity. Additionally, a pair of rubber brush plates can be set at the rear of the equipment to ensure that each row of tines is cleaned during their movement to this position.
