When cleaning the exhaust fan of a hotel, it is important to note that these fans are often large-scale equipment. The structure of the exhaust fan is extremely complex, with many components and various circuits intertwined. Unauthorized disassembly of the exhaust fan is prohibited for those who are not professional cleaning and maintenance personnel for large-scale exhaust fans.

Method/Procedure
Pressure Cooker Steam Cleaning Method. Boil cold water in the pressure cooker until steam is continuously released, then remove the pressure relief valve. Turn on the exhaust fan and aim the steam jet at the rotating fan blades. As the hot water steam continuously冲洗es these components, the oil and dirty water will flow through the channels into the waste oil cup until the oil cup is empty.
Surface application method for soap liquid. Mix the soap into a paste and apply it to the surface of components like impellers. After some time of use on the range hood, remove the impellers and wipe them clean with a rag, the oil stains will come off.
Dishwashing liquid, vinegar soak method. Remove the grease trap wheel and soak it in a basin of warm water mixed with 3-5 drops of dishwashing liquid and 50 milliliters of vinegar for 10-20 minutes. Then, wipe clean with a clean cloth. The outer shell and other components can also be cleaned with this solution. This method is harmless to the skin and does not corrode the devices, leaving the surface with the original luster after cleaning.
Another method is to disassemble the range hood, spray the fan blades with range hood cleaner several times, and prepare some flour for cleaning the large fan wheel. Sprinkle flour all over the fan wheel to prevent sticking, then gently scrape it down with a small shovel or similar tool, sprinkling flour as you go. This way, it's clean and you won't get greasy hands; a bit more flour is better. That's how I do it. When cleaning, place the flour and fan wheel on a sheet of newspaper to avoid dirtying the floor.
