Section 3:Open-End 6-Inch Rubber MillPrimary Structure
This machine is primarily composed of the transmission unit, the main working part, roller spacing adjustment device, and emergency brake. The electric motor is directly connected to the reducer. The small sprocket on the output shaft of the reducer drives the large sprocket on the rear roller neck. Furthermore, the gear ratio gear at the other end of the rear roller筒 drives the gear ratio gear on the front roller筒, causing the front and rear roller筒 to rotate in opposite directions.
To ensure operational safety, this machine is equipped with an emergency pull rod, utilizing reverse connection braking method for reliable and secure operation.
Four,Installation and trial run
1、Level the diagonals across the top surface of the box with a level during installation, and connect the piping and electrical lines according to the specific circumstances of the user.
2、Check if the decelerator protective cover is loose, whether lubrication points have been added with lubricant, first-time trial run, the roller barrel bearing should be lubricated with engine oil, and once the heavy load trial run is normal, switch to grease lubrication.
V.Maintain and service
1、Machine lifespan is greatly related to daily maintenance, especially proper lubrication, which is crucial. Refer to Table 1 for lubrication points of this machine.
2、Regular maintenance must be performed. For critical components like reducers, driving sprockets, gear ratios, and rolling mill bearings, they should be checked periodically and replaced or flipped as needed based on wear conditions.
3、Do not overfill the material; if it is overfilled and operated, it will inevitably cause the mechanical structures to overburden, resulting in damage to the components, even the main ones.
