Structure Principle

The machine consists of two main grinding units, a cyclone collection system, and a sifter. The main unit includes a frame, main motor, reducer motor, feeding mechanism, adjustment mechanism, and a pair of moving grinding disks and fixed grinding disks. Its basic principle is to achieve the purpose of crushing by shearing and grinding the material through the relative movement of the two disks. The use of air and water cooling effectively controls the temperature of the crushing process, ensuring the physical properties of the powdered material.

The feeding mechanism employs a gear-reduction motor with variable frequency speed control, allowing for the adjustment of feeding speed according to different materials to meet better product requirements.
