High-speed Grinding Mill is a machine that grinds materials by using high-speed rotating blades or grinding rolls, primarily used for reducing materials into smaller particles or powder.
The principle of operation involves the generation of numerous ultrasonic eddies and accompanying high-frequency pressure vibrations by the backside of the rapidly rotating impeller blades, achieving the instant pulverization of the material.
During the crushing process, solid material particles are subjected to compression, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed liner and blades within the crushing chamber, thereby achieving the crushing effect.
