High-speed flour mill is a device that grinds materials by using high-speed rotating blades or rollers, mainly used for reducing materials into smaller particles or powder.
The working principle involves the instantaneous crushing of materials through countless ultrasonic eddies generated on the back of the high-speed rotating impeller blades, along with the accompanying high-frequency pressure vibrations.
During the crushing process, solid material particles are subjected to compression, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed liner and blades in the crushing chamber, thereby achieving the crushing effect.
