High-speed flour mill is a device that grinds materials by means of high-speed rotating blades or grinding rolls, primarily used for reducing materials into smaller particles or powder.
The working principle involves the instantaneous crushing of materials through countless ultrasonic eddies generated by the backside of the high-speed rotating impeller blades, accompanied by high-frequency pressure vibrations.
During the crushing process, solid material particles are subjected to compression, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed lining and blades in the crushing chamber, thereby achieving the crushing effect.
