A high-speed grinder is a machine that crushes materials by means of high-speed rotating blades or grinding rolls, primarily used for reducing materials into smaller particles or powder.
The principle is to instantly crush the material through countless ultrasonic eddies generated on the back of the high-speed rotating impeller blades and the accompanying high-frequency pressure vibrations.
During the crushing process, solid material particles are subjected to compression, tearing, collision, and shearing between the toothed lining and blades in the crushing chamber, thereby achieving the crushing effect.
