The double-flap adjustable valve is commonly used in air conditioning and ventilation system pipes to regulate the air volume of branch pipes, and can also be used for mixing fresh air and return air.

I. Product Features
1. This regulating valve accepts pipe sizes that match the rectangular duct dimensions as specified by the national ventilation pipeline standardization regulations.
2. This regulating valve features a split-blade design, serving as a regulating valve in ventilation, air conditioning, and air purification systems, offering superior performance over parallel-type valves.
II. Structural Features
1. This regulating valve features uniform blade widths in four standard sizes, with diamond-shaped single blades, and double blades can also be customized.
2. The assembly between the blade shaft and the frame uses copper bushes, ensuring lightness, flexibility, and smooth operation, while preventing partial jamming.
3. The regulating valve is available in manual and electric (220V, 24V) versions. It is categorized by the material used: carbon steel plate, galvanized steel plate, and stainless steel plate. The valve body structure and specifications are identical.
4. Hand and electric double-leaf regulating valves can both be customized into insulated models to meet customer requirements.
5. Our factory's sealed air volume control valves have excellent air tightness, with a relative air leakage rate of around 0.5%, in compliance with relevant regulations.
