Feature Overview

Objective: To understand the hazards of hazardous chemicals, learn about preventive measures, and compare the corrosive and burning effects of three liquids, such as water and sulfuric acid, to recognize the harm caused by hazardous chemicals.

Process Design

1. Place the experience equipment in the reserved spot with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.

2. When preparing for the experience, turn on the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.

3. Once preparations are complete, install the demonstration props on the experience workbench, ensure they are in the correct position, and then fill the three蠕动pumps with different liquids, respectively.

4. According to set flow rate, intermittent time, and working hours parameters.

5. Press the start button, and different liquids are injected onto the surface of the demonstration prop, allowing for a comparison of corrosion and burn effects to understand the hazards of hazardous chemicals.

6. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to complete one person's session.
