Electrical shock, overload, and short-circuit safety sensation

Feature Overview
This equipment is an electric shock overload short-circuit safety sensory simulator. It demonstrates the current that the human body can withstand under different dry and wet conditions, allowing for the experience of electric shock sensations in various situations. Power supply: Single-phase 220V ±10%, 50Hz; Ammeter and voltmeter accuracy: 0.5 class; Output voltage: 20~70V; Human experience current protection value: 5~6mA; Leakage protection device action current value: ≤30mA.
Tested conductor spacing: 6cm; Touch key sensing distance adjustable from 0 to 20mm, observe the phenomenon of wire overload and excessive current causing fire and combustion, as well as the phenomenon of combustion caused by short circuit due to the socket being covered with dust and other foreign objects.
Equipment Features:
1. The experience of electric shock on a human body in a dry state.
2. The experience of electric shock on the human body in a moist condition.
3. The experience of electric shock when in a humid condition.
4. Experience of circuit overload and short circuit.
Equipment Features:
1. Voltage adjustment feature, automatically调节voltage output based on varying human responses.
2. Intelligent display function, maintaining the display of the highest current value for easy observation and comparison.
3. Safety protection features, limiting high output current to ensure a safe experience.
Process Design
1. Place the prepared damp cloth on the electric shock plate, insert a thin wire into both ends of the terminal, and then connect the two wires of the plug to a resistor.
After preparations are complete, place the sensory equipment in the reserved spot with an AC 220V power outlet and plug in the power.
3. When preparing for the experience, turn on the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the device is powered on.
4. First, press the electric shock start button, and then place your hands separately on the touch plates without a wet towel and with a wet towel, to experience the sensation of electric shock with different currents and under dry and wet conditions.
5. Click the overload start button, gradually increase the current, and observe the changes in the finer wire. You will notice the insulation on the finer wire melting, followed by the finer wire melting. However, the thicker wire shows no reaction, thereby intuitively understanding the dangers of overload.
6. Press the short-circuit start button and observe the change in resistance between the two wires. You will notice that the resistance is melted due to the short-circuit, thereby understanding the dangers of short-circuiting.
7. After the experience, turn off the power to complete one person's experience per session.
