Battery Cell Short-Circuit Safety Sensing Device

Feature Overview
Simulate external short-circuit of battery packs, compliant with standards such as UL1642, UN38.3, IEC62133, GB/T18287, and GB/T 31241-2014. When the circuit breaker closes, it short-circuits the battery circuit under test, with a powerful short-circuit current flowing through the entire circuit. The battery surface temperature, voltage, and current signals detected by the Hall element are processed by data handling and sent to the computer side, where the software continuously records changes in battery voltage, current, and surface temperature. The battery cell short-circuit body must have a resistance of 80±20mΩ across the entire circuit (including the circuit breaker, wires, and connecting devices), and each circuit must be able to withstand a short-circuit current peak of up to 1000A.
You can select short-circuit stop modes: 1. Short-circuit time; 2. Battery surface temperature.
Process Design
1. Place the experience equipment in the reserved position with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.
2. When preparing for the experience, turn on the device's power switch. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.
3. After charging the battery according to the specified tactile test method, place it in an environment of 20℃±5℃. Wait until the battery temperature reaches 20℃±5℃, then leave it for 30 minutes. Connect the battery's positive and negative terminals with wires and ensure all external resistances are 80mΩ±20mΩ. Monitor the battery temperature during the test. The tactile test shall be terminated upon the occurrence of either of the following two conditions.
a) The battery temperature drops to 20% below the peak.
b) Short-circuit time reaches 24 hours.
4. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to finish one person's session.
