Mechanical Scratch Safety Experience Center

Feature Overview
This equipment is a mechanical abrasion safety sensation simulator, allowing users to experience the feeling of being cut or pierced by sharp objects in motion. Understand the effects and protective measures of cuts and piercings caused by sharp and pointed objects such as knives and tools.
Purpose:
1. Be aware of the hazards associated with sharp and pointed objects such as knives and tools, which can cause cuts and punctures.
2. Familiarize yourself with the protective measures for equipment operation.
Please note:
1. The moving parts of the equipment must be equipped with safety guards, protective grilles, railings, light grids, interlocking devices, and other safety protection measures.
Process Design
1. Place the experience equipment in the reserved position with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.
2. When preparing for the experience, turn on the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.
3. After preparation is complete, install the rubber hand on the experience workbench, ensure it's in the correct position, and manually tighten the quick clamp to securely fasten the rubber hand to the workbench. Press the start button, and the cylinder will drive the blade forward, allowing you to observe the device scoring the rubber hand. This experience demonstrates the dangers of mechanical scoring and provides knowledge on safety practices.
4. After the experience is complete, turn off the power, and finish one person's experience at a time.
