In 2022, Pinbang Advertising undertook the HanSen Annual Meeting project. During the preparation phase, we communicated with HanSen's representatives through online meetings to understand their needs and expectations, thereby determining the theme, objectives, and budget for the annual meeting. We also selected the venue and established a project timeline. In the planning and design phase, we provided the main agenda and topic planning, venue decoration proposals, as well as key visual and stage effect designs. We also confirmed the registration process for the meeting and produced related materials. During the project execution phase, we ensured the readiness of venue equipment and technical support in advance, arranged catering services as needed to guarantee a high-quality dining experience, and provided on-site execution services to promptly address any issues that may arise during the meeting, ensuring the smooth progress of the event.
For the main visual design of this event, we've chosen a red background with gold accents, incorporating a gradient effect that transitions the red to a deep, dark tone, enhancing visual depth. Gold accents highlight text or graphic elements, making them stand out in the overall design.
In terms of design elements, we focus on a swirling cosmic starry sky as the primary visual. The material presents itself as a converging circle, with shimmering star points representing each individual, collectively forming a powerful whole. These points continuously expand outward around the center, symbolizing the team's cohesion and expansiveness.
To enhance appeal and convey a sense of breakthrough, we've added ray elements resembling meteor trails around the perimeter. These dynamic rays create a spreading circle effect, symbolizing the positive and vigorous spirit of Huajson Group's employees. It aims to inspire participants to forge ahead courageously and continuously improve themselves.
With a firm grasp of the brand philosophy and design elements, the conference venue presented a visually appealing effect. A well-designed main KV not only attracts the audience visually but also, through its strong symbolic meaning, inspires emotional resonance among participants, making them doubly excited and engaged in the annual meeting activities. With the collaborative efforts of the team members, the annual meeting project was successfully completed, and the delivered results were highly appreciated by the client.
