Product Overview

A crystallization (heating) cutting machine is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feed pan contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall cools and crystallizes the film, which is then scraped off by a blade to become a sheet-like product.

The drum drying process is a continuous operation that heats and dries materials or strip materials adhering to the outer wall of a rotating drum, by means of heat transfer.
