As the construction industry continues to evolve, there has been a surge in various reinforcement methods. Reinforcement with rebars is one of the most crucial, widely utilized across industries. It boasts high cost-performance, ease of construction, and contributes to increased efficiency in the construction process.
Caution for Reinforcement Grouting:
1. After reinforcement bonding, welding on the bonded rebars is generally not permitted. If welding is absolutely necessary, the weld point should be more than 15d away from the concrete surface of the base material, and a towel soaked in ice water should be wrapped around the root of the exposed part of the bonded reinforcement.
2. The cofferdam must be robust to ensure no water enters the cofferdam area during the rebar insertion period, and the cofferdam must remain dry. If the dryness of the cofferdam cannot be guaranteed, this plan is not viable.
3. Pay attention to weather changes. Check the weather forecast before starting the rebar bonding work to ensure favorable conditions during the process. Avoid working on rainy or cloudy days. For this project, as it is being carried out indoors, weather considerations are not applicable.
4. Reinforcement bars must be rust-removed according to specifications, and no oil stains or other debris should be present on the surface.
5. The anchoring adhesive used for the plant reinforcement must be a qualified product, and all performance indicators must meet the standard requirements.
6. To ensure the quality of anchor bolts, it is necessary to avoid all factors mentioned in item 4 that could lead to defects in the quality of anchor bolts. This requires a comprehensive consideration of factors from labor, materials, machinery, processes, environment, and methods.

What are the specific steps for rebars reinforcement?
Drilling → Cleaning → Injection of adhesive → Inserting rebar or bolt → Curing
1. Drilling: Drill according to technical specifications.
2. Debris Removal: First, use an air compressor to blow out the loose debris inside the hole, then use a brush to scrub off the dust adhered to the hole walls, repeat this process multiple times until the hole is thoroughly clean.
3. Injection Molding: After installing the static mixer on the glue bottle, first squeeze out a small amount of uncombined glue material at the front end using the nozzle. Then, inject glue into the hole, ensuring the filling order from the bottom to the top of the hole. Try to avoid air bubbles, and the glue should fill at least 2/3 of the hole depth.
4. Screw in rebar or bolt: Rotate the rebar or bolt into the hole and pull it up and down a few times to ensure even adhesive distribution. Under normal temperature (25℃), the curing time is 24 hours. Do not disturb the rod during this period. Once cured, it can bear load.

The process of reinforced concrete bonding:
Drilling
Based on the reinforcement position and quantity from the design drawing, offset the original structural reinforcement positions and mark the anchor bolt locations. Drill holes using an impact drill; the drill bit diameter should be about 5mm larger than the钢筋 diameter. Use φ25 steel bars and φ30 alloy steel drill bits. The hole depth should be 15d (375mm), with an actual drilling depth of 400mm. Ensure the drill bit remains perpendicular to the column surface during drilling.
2. Deburring and Dust Removal
Dust removal is a crucial step in the anchoring process, as the holes drilled will contain a lot of dust and debris, which directly affects the quality of the anchors. It is essential to clean the hole thoroughly. The method is as follows: use a brush with anti-fall hair, attach an extended rod, insert it to the bottom of the hole, and remove the dust and fragments. Then, use compressed air to blow out the floating dust inside the hole, repeating this process three times. Afterward, use a cotton ball soaked in alcohol or clean the inner wall of the hole. Do not use water for cleaning, as alcohol is volatile and water is not. Water-washed holes will not dry quickly. After cleaning the holes, have the design and other relevant units inspect them. Only after passing the inspection can the adhesive be injected.
3. Inject Molding
Epoxy anchoring adhesive is a pre-mixed AB component. Take a set of strong epoxy anchoring adhesive, place it in the sleeve, and attach it to the manual injection gun. Gently pull the trigger to expel the thinner adhesive from the nozzle, discard it as waste. Then, insert the spiral mixing nozzle into the bottom of the hole; if the length is insufficient, extend it with a plastic tube. Pull the trigger again; the trigger moves once, and the nozzle retracts slightly, allowing air to escape from the hole. To ensure the hole is filled with adhesive after the steel bar is inserted without leakage, inject adhesive to 80% of the hole's capacity. Immediately insert the steel bar after the hole is filled with adhesive.
4. Reinforcement grouting
Before injection, the bottom formwork of the girder is already supported for easy reinforcement positioning after筋植入。Before inserting the reinforcement, the inserted part should be brushed repeatedly with a wire brush to remove rust and dirt, followed by an alcohol wash. After the glue is injected into the drilled hole, immediately place the de-rusted reinforcement into the hole, then slowly screw it in one direction without reversing it halfway, until the reinforcement reaches the bottom of the hole.
5. Solidify
Rebar is positioned on the bottom form of the beam after being embedded, and the rebar must not be vibrated until the high-strength anchor adhesive has fully cured. The high-strength anchor adhesive cures at room temperature; follow the curing time specified in the adhesive's instructions, and proceed with the next step once cured.
6. Inspection
Prior to the reinforcement grouting work, on-site tensile tests must be conducted on the steel bars and the grouting adhesive used to ensure they meet the design specifications.
The method is: prepare concrete specimens with the same strength grade as the concrete components to be rebar anchored. Follow the rebar anchoring steps to insert three groups of rebars. After the anchoring adhesive has fully cured, conduct a tensile test.
