Stainless Steel Reactor
Our factory produces stainless steel reaction vessels (electric, steam, or thermal oil heated) consisting of a lid, cylinder body, jacket, stirrer, shaft seal drive, and support. The vessel body and components in contact with the material inside are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant steel plates.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, jacketed heating types include electric rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Axial seal devices are available in packed and mechanical seals. Mixing types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame designs. The number, size, or other requirements for openings can be designed and manufactured according to customer specifications.
