Spray Tower Operation Principle:
Spray TowerUtilizing a circular tower structure, it is specifically composed of a storage tank, tower body, air inlet, spray layer, swirl demisting layer, exhaust cone cap, inspection holes, and more. Waste gases enter the spray tower from the bottom inlet via a duct, pass through the spray layer, and are fully contacted and absorbed by the absorption liquid in a gas-liquid two-phase process. After being purified, the waste gases are then dehumidified and discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The tower is equipped with multiple spray layers, which increase the gas-liquid contact area and time, allowing for full contact between the exhaust gases and water both inside the tower and on the plates. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed from the top, before being recycled back to the bottom for continuous use. The purified waste gases meet the emission requirements of the Guangdong Province local standards and are below the national emission standards.
