Welding Fume Collector Working Principle:
Through the action of the fan's suction, welding smoke and exhaust gases are drawn into the equipment's air intake via a multi-directional dust hood. A flame arrester is installed at the air intake, where sparks are trapped. The smoke and dust particles then enter the sedimentation chamber, where gravity and upward air currents cause the coarse particles to drop directly into the ash bin. The fine dust particles are captured by the filter core on the outer surface. The clean gas, after being filtered and purified through the filter core, flows into the clean room from the center of the filter core. The clean air is further purified by passing through an activated carbon filter and then discharged through the exhaust outlet, meeting the required standards.
