Silicon Carbide Flow Channel Bricks Manufacturer, Custom Corrosion-Resistant Silicon Carbide Flow Channel Bricks, Hongfeng Refractories
Silicon carbide refractory bricks are refractory materials produced from silicon carbide (SiC). They exhibit good wear and corrosion resistance, high strength at elevated temperatures, high thermal conductivity, low linear expansion coefficient, and excellent thermal shock resistance.
Silicon carbide refractory bricks can be categorized based on the content of SiC and the type of bonding phase. The performance of the bricks largely depends on the condition of the bonding phase. According to the bonding phase, silicon carbide refractory bricks can be divided into: oxide bonded—using alumina silicate and silicon dioxide as the bonding phase; nitride bonded—using silicon nitride (Si3N4), silicononitride (Si2ON2), or zirconia as the bonding phase; recrystallized—where silicon carbide grains are directly bonded through recrystallization; and semi-carbide refractory bricks, which can further be divided into various types, such as clinker silicon carbide refractory bricks + high-alumina silicon carbide refractory bricks, zirconia silicon carbide refractory bricks, silicon carbide-graphite refractory bricks, mullite silicon carbide refractory bricks, and corundum silicon carbide refractory bricks, among others.
The silicon carbide bricks produced by巩义市宏丰耐火材料有限公司 are made from 98Sic raw material, bonded with oxides, and fired at high temperatures. They feature high high-temperature strength, abrasion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock stability, and strong thermal radiation.
