Multi-zone tubular furnace, rated temperature 1600°C
The Bonner Hot vacuum tube furnace uses high-purity quartz or high-purity alumina tubes as the furnace tube, with operating temperature ranging from 300℃ to 1600℃, suitable for customer selection based on actual needs. This series of equipment features an internationally-standard control system, offering safety, reliability, ease of operation, high temperature control accuracy, excellent heat preservation, high uniformity of furnace chamber temperature, and the capability for atmosphere evacuation. It is widely used in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises for high-temperature sintering of metallic materials, quality inspections, and small-scale production.
This multi-temperature zone tube furnace features 2-5 heating zones, each with independent temperature control. It offers three temperature settings: 1200°C, 1400°C, and 1600°C.
Features of Multi-Zone Tube Furnace
Bonera Multi-Zone Tube Furnaces (Dual Zone, Triple Zone, Five Zone)
Each temperature zone can be controlled individually, primarily suitable for processes such as pre-sintering, sintering, coating, high-temperature pyrolysis, and low-temperature deposition (CVD) under vacuum or protective atmosphere, as well as the preparation of carbon nanotubes and silicon nanowires.
