This high-temperature vacuum oil quenching furnace features a graphite crucible and an insulating shield made of graphite felt. The rated temperature is 1320°C, with a highly automated and stable electrical control system. The vacuum oil quenching furnace is primarily used for the bright quenching, annealing, or vacuum sintering of materials like alloy steel, tool steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, bearing steel, spring steel, and stainless steel; as well as for vacuum brazing of metal materials.
High-Temperature Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace Features
Utilizing graphite tubes as heating elements, they offer a long service life, are easy to maintain, and have a rated operating temperature of 1300°C.
Composite gate valves offer excellent heat and airtight sealing properties.
Two-chamber structure, the rear chamber is the heating chamber; the front chamber is the cooling chamber, capable of oil quenching and air cooling. The upper section is the air quenching chamber, equipped with an air cooling system; the lower section is the oil quenching chamber, fitted with a lifting mechanism, feeding and discharging mechanisms, oil agitator, and oil heating equipment.
Hoist Mechanism: Driven by a three-speed gear motor outside the furnace, the lifting carriage is moved through a screw and nut mechanism. The lifting carriage features three speeds, using slow speed for feeding and removing materials, and slow start, fast immersion, and slow positioning for oil quenching.
Oil Mixing System: Driven by an electric motor reducer, the mixer beneath the material cart is activated, with a guide plate promoting the rational circulation of vacuum quenching oil, enhancing its cooling capacity. The mixer is a standard component, featuring low noise and high efficiency.
The workpiece conveying mechanism operates smoothly and flexibly, ensuring safety and reliability.
The gas-cooled furnace cover utilizes a staggered flange ring structure to ensure a tight seal in both positive and negative pressure directions.
