Structural Features, Mixing Principle
The reactor is a core equipment in the chemical reaction process, which can be broadly categorized into segmented, tank, tower, and fixed-bed types, and is widely applicable to gas, liquid, and solid-phase chemical mixing reactions. Our company's developed JHF series enhanced heat transfer reactors have an internal structure similar to that of static mixers, allowing different liquids entering the enhanced heat transfer mixing reactor to mix well. However, unlike the internal units of conventional static mixers, the internal components are made from finer tubing rather than plates. The inner tube of the fine tubing can be used to pass heating or cooling media, thus the internal units not only achieve thorough mixing but also provide a significant heat transfer surface area.
