This vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace features a graphite crucible and a heat-insulating screen made of graphite felt. The rated temperature is 1320°C, primarily used for vacuum bright quenching of tool steel, mold steel, elastic alloys, stainless steel, and 3D printing additive materials, as well as sintering and brazing. It is mainly composed of a pressure furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, electrical control system, gas filling system, water-cooling system, pneumatic system, and off-furnace transport vehicle.
High-Temperature Vacuum Quenching Furnace Features
The heating chamber is composed of graphite heating elements, graphite soft felt, and hard felt, with a rated operating temperature up to 1300°C.
Multiple graphite nozzles are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the insulating layer interior in the heating chamber. During gas quenching, the gas is forced to exit uniformly from the graphite nozzles, effectively achieving uniform quenching.
The material table consists of a graphite pillar, a graphite furnace bed, and AL2O3 spacers on the furnace bed. This structure prevents bonding between the material tray and the graphite furnace bed at high temperatures.
Air-cooling System: Composed of a high-pressure impeller fan at the rear of the furnace body, multi-stage copper-to-copper heat exchangers, and a duct guiding device. During air cooling, high-purity nitrogen or argon is introduced, driven by the high-speed impeller fan, the gas passes through the copper-to-copper heat exchanger, is drawn into the impeller, redirected by the impeller, and uniformly sprayed towards the workpiece through the duct guiding device, achieving uniform forced cooling of the workpiece.
Cooling pressure 1-10 bar, adjustable as desired.
Cooling Rate: From 1150℃ to 250℃ for an empty furnace in less than 7 minutes (cooling water temperature below 35℃)
