Operating Principle:

The features of the trolley furnace are that it is equipped with a movable trolley mechanism at the bottom. Before heating begins, the trolley needs to be loaded outside the furnace, placing the workpieces to be heated on the furnace's iron supports, then the trolley is pulled into the furnace for heating by the traction structure. After heating is complete, the trolley is pulled out by the traction structure and unloaded outside the furnace, and the heated workpieces are lifted by a crane to the forging and pressing equipment for processing.

Preparation before operation:

1. Prior to operation, please ensure the furnace is clean. All debris must be cleared away to guarantee the furnace is free of any obstructions before use.

Please inspect the furnace wall and bottom plate for any signs of cracks or damage. If any are found, do not use the furnace and have it repaired.

3. Verify the tightness of the installation for the heating element and thermocouple lead wires, and check if the instrument displays correctly.

4. Check if the switch of the electric furnace door operates smoothly.

5. Ensure all inspections are completed and the equipment is in normal working condition before placing the workpiece for processing.
