■ Shipping Export Operation Precautions
1. The Chinese product name displayed on the customs declaration must be reviewed against the commodity code to ensure consistency, and the necessary customs documents should be prepared and provided in accordance with the regulatory conditions.
All customs declaration documents must ensure that the information matches on each document.
3. Inspections may be conducted on declared goods to verify if the conditions match the information stated on the customs declaration.
4. During the shipping peak season, ships are prone to overloading. It's advisable to handle the declaration procedures in advance to prevent being discarded by shipping companies.
5. Issuing original bills of lading must ensure that each original bill of lading has an official stamp.
