Steel structure factory buildings often suffer from leakage issues, and many times the cause of the leakage cannot be found. The reasons for water leakage in metal roofed buildings can be quite varied, despite issues with the incorrect selection of waterproofing materials for metal roofs, there may also be factors related to the quality of the steel structure waterproof coatings.

2) Some water outlet bowls are installed later, resulting in them being higher than the trench bottom. This causes the water around the edges to not drain out, leading to accumulated water in the trench.
3) The gaps at the contact point between the water outlet cup and the subgrade are not filled with dense fine stone concrete, and no concave grooves for embedding sealing materials are left. Rainwater seeps through the outer wall of the water outlet.
4) Some water outlets are small and often clog, causing rainwater in the gutter to overflow and enter the interior.
