Features and Challenges of Soya Product Wastewater Treatment
Shenzhen Zhenqi Long Trading Co., Ltd. specializes in wastewater treatment for an integrated large-scale agricultural deep-processing base that encompasses food research, production, and sales. Our main products include soy milk powder and oatmeal. The production wastewater primarily originates from the soy milk powder production process, such as the wastewater from soaking and blanching soybeans, and cleaning wastewater from the syrup workshop. It is characterized by high organic matter (proteins, starches, sugars) content, prone to spoilage, free of harmful substances, and easy to degrade, with a slightly acidic wastewater. The UASB reactor boasts features such as a high biomass in the sludge bed, high volumetric load, high removal rate, and stable effluent water quality.
| Solutions and Technical Processes
Based on our actual inspection of the fried food processing enterprise, through on-site surveys, data research, and a comprehensive analysis of the local environmental monitoring station's data, our technical team has developed a corresponding process flow for the bean product processing enterprise, effectively addressing the issue of wastewater treatment from their bean product production and domestic sewage. The UASB reactor boasts features such as a high biomass in the sludge bed, high volume load, high removal rate, and stable effluent water quality, hence the adoption of the UASB + two-stage contact oxidation + coagulation sedimentation combined process for the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater.
Processed Effect
The wastewater treatment system designed for this fried food processing enterprise produces high-quality effluent. The main water quality indicators meet the discharge standards, effectively adapting to fluctuating influent water quality. The effluent can reach the first-class comprehensive wastewater discharge standard, effectively addressing the issue of high COD in such waste water. Based on actual requirements and design processes, the treatment process of UASB + two-stage contact oxidation + coagulation and sedimentation is adopted to improve water quality, meet effluent standard requirements, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the wastewater treatment system.
