The TDC2000 series switch-mode programmable DC power supply is a high-frequency switch-mode DC power supply utilizing PWM technology. It features a modular design and employs DSP digital control technology. It offers constant voltage, constant current, and constant power output modes, capable of automatic cross-conversion while maintaining both control and protection characteristics. It ensures high precision, low ripple, and fast dynamic response to voltage and current, with an efficiency of up to 93%. Compared to traditional thyristor power supplies, the high-frequency switch-mode DC power supply boasts smaller size, lighter weight, lower ripple, higher power factor, and better stability. Particularly, the high-voltage output stability is particularly evident. The product is primarily aimed at the electronic power production, battery industry, PCB manufacturing industry, as well as communication, PLC power supply, electromechanical aging tests, DC motor testing, automatic test system integration, battery charging and simulation, hybrid electric vehicle and photovoltaic inverter testing and research units, and laboratories requiring high-precision DC power supplies. Constant Voltage and Constant Current Switching Instructions: Under rated power, voltage, and current output, the desired settings can be freely combined; the output modes are Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC), depending on the power supply's output voltage, the set current value, and the size of the load resistance. As shown in the figure: Curve 1 and Curve represent loads with different resistances. When Curve 1 intersects with Iset, the power supply operates in CC mode. When Curve 2 intersects with Vset, the power supply operates in CV mode.
