The TDC2000 series programmable DC power supply is a high-frequency switching DC power supply utilizing PWM technology, featuring a modular design and advanced DSP digital control technology. It offers constant voltage, constant current, and constant power output modes, capable of automatic crossover transformation while maintaining both control and protection characteristics. It ensures high-precision DC power output with low ripple and rapid voltage/current dynamic response, boasting an efficiency of up to 93%. Compared to traditional thyristor power supplies, the high-frequency switching DC power supply has the advantages of smaller size, lighter weight, lower ripple, higher power factor, and better stability, especially evident in the stability of high-voltage output. The product is primarily targeted at the electronic power production, battery industry, PCB manufacturing industry, as well as communication, PLC power supply, mechanical and electrical aging tests, DC motor testing, automated test system integration, battery charging and simulation, hybrid electric vehicle and photovoltaic inverter testing and research units, and laboratories in need of high-precision DC power supplies. It is used to replace imported medium to high-power DC power supply products.

◇ Utilizes high-speed DSP for PID calculations and directly outputs PWM, featuring modular design, high power density, compact size, and significantly reduced failure rate.
◇ The control circuit employs a high-speed CPU with high voltage regulation accuracy and low ripple.
◇ Utilizes a 16-bit high-speed ADC for rapid and accurate measurement of voltage and current values.
◇ Features constant pressure, constant current, and constant power output modes, capable of automatic crossover transformation, maintaining a balance between control and protection characteristics.
◇ Features overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. In the system, overvoltage (OVP) and overcurrent (OCP) can be set, and the values can be modified.
◇ Features 9 memory groups, allowing for the setting of commonly used parameters (voltage, current) for easy recall during use. It can execute 30 different voltage, current, power, rise time, and operating time settings at once, and can perform a continuous loop test up to 999,999 times. Operating time can be set to 1ms.

Constant Voltage/Constant Current Switching Instructions: Under rated power, voltage, and current output, the desired settings can be freely combined; the output modes are Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC), with the output mode depending on the power supply's output voltage, the set current value, and the size of the load resistance. As shown in the figure: Curve 1 and Curve represent loads with different resistances. When Curve 1 intersects with Iset, the power supply operates in CC mode. When Curve 2 intersects with Vset, the power supply operates in CV mode.
