Operating Principle of the Equipment:

The equipment sets parameters with a microcomputer. Wine bottles are conveyed through a transfer line to the filling machine. They are delivered to a tray by a bottle selector, which then gradually lifts to clear the filling head and begin the filling process. Upon completion, the bottles are moved into the transfer line again through the bottle selector.

Equipment Features:

The equipment features two methods of dosing: electrical uniform dosing and individual valve body fine adjustment, ensuring precise measurement. Additionally, by removing the bottle turning device, the equipment becomes a semi-automatic filler. The bottle turning device can be disassembled or replaced as needed.
