Usage

This production line is suitable for filling, spraying nozzles, and labeling for antibacterial spray plastic bottles; it can complete processes such as bottle sorting, filling, attaching nozzles, automatic nozzle attachment, and automatic labeling. The machine features dual-track bottle handling and filling, electromagnetic vibration for lid sorting, clamp positioning for lid attachment, straightening and pre-torque, and three-jaw torque for lid application; it has features like blockage alarm, alarm for missing bottles, materials, or lids, and the function of not applying lids without bottles. Replacement of specifications can accommodate various bottle types for filling.
