Production Line Workflow：

1、Bottles are washed in the sink-style bottle washer and then proceed to the rinsing machine for control rinsing.

2、Bottles are flushed and then filled using a semi-automatic volumetric filling machine, with manual placement of bottles. This machine is a liquid filling machine and can be switched to a siphon filling machine or other semi-automatic filling machines.

3、After filling, the product is conveyed through the inspection light for quality control and then reaches the sealing machine for sealing. Depending on the production requirements, different sealing equipment can be selected at this point. For metal lids, a rolling machine can be used. For polyester bottles or plastic anti-theft caps, an automatic capping machine or an automatic press-on cap machine can be employed. Additionally, there is alsoPF-4Flat-type sliding door seal machines and other sealing equipment are available for selection.

4、After sealing the bottle, it is dried in an oven, followed by heat shrinking the cap to securely seal the box.
