Key Production Line Features:
This line is primarily composed of single machines such as bottle washing machines, bottle filling machines, high-precision volumetric filling machines, quality inspection lights, conveyor machines, cap sealing/stoppering machines, drying machines, and tape sealing machines. The production capacity of this line ranges from 3,000 to 6,000 bottles per hour, allowing users to select and combine different equipment configurations based on their production needs.
Main Production Line Workflow:
1、Bottles are cleaned by a bottle washer and then pierced by a chain track punching machine.Punching machines are available in both single-row chain track and double-row chain track designs, allowing for selection based on actual needs.)
2、The bottle holes are complete, meeting the filling requirements, and are then filled using a vacuum automatic filling machine.
3、Filling complete, passes through the quality inspection light to check filling quality and for any foreign objects, then proceeds to capping. The line is equipped with an automatic capping machine.
4、The bottle neck caps are sealed and then encapsulated using an automatic shrink cap heat sealer.
5、After heat-shrinking the rubber cap, the bottle is dried in an oven to prepare for labeling.There are two types of dryers available for selection: conventional dryers and wind knife dryers.)
