Operating Principle
Bottles are fed into the filling section via a bottle buffer, where they are filled using a 6-head servo ceramic pump on the conveyor belt. After filling, they proceed to the capping section; the capping is done with electromagnetic oscillation for both corks and caps, utilizing an advanced vacuum rotary capping method. Finally, the bottles undergo a rotary sealing process, using a state-of-the-art magnetic sealing system.
