Equipment Working Principle:

The machine is developed based on the horizontal principle. Under the control of the filling valve, the liquid level remains constant. When the filling valve enters the bottle, the bottle body pushes it upwards, exposing the filling valve's water injection and air extraction hole. After the sealing gasket is tightly engaged with the bottle mouth, it begins to extract air, establishing a negative atmospheric pressure. At this point, the liquid in the upper liquid cylinder of the filling machine starts to flow into the bottle due to the pressure difference. When the liquid level surpasses the filling valve's water injection tube air extraction hole, the pressure difference disappears, and the air extraction stops, marking the end of the filling process.
