1. Unique combination design featuring independent manufacturing of functional sections such as mixing, filtration, cooling, heating, humidifying, silencing, and fan sections. Options include steel pipes wrapped around aluminum foil and steel-aluminum composite pipes. The fans utilize domestic KF series central air conditioning double-inlet centrifugal fans, which are efficient, low-noise, and have a wide pressure head range. The motors are selected and installed within the fan section, isolated from airborne dust, to operate in clean, low-temperature air, effectively reducing power consumption and extending motor life. Available configurations include dry steam humidifiers, high-pressure spray humidifiers, and wet film humidifiers, all of which offer high humidification efficiency and energy savings.
3. The modular air conditioning unit features a reinforced aluminum alloy frame structure, connected into a solid unit with high-strength corner joints. It also has reasonable intermediate supports for even load distribution, ensuring the unit does not deform under high pressure. The housing panels are double-layered, with the inner layer being galvanized steel and the outer layer being colored composite steel. The space between the layers is filled with 30-50mm thick non-fluorinated polyurethane foam for insulation, offering excellent heat conduction and waterproofing properties. The internal design includes reinforced structures for increased rigidity and durability. Insulation protection is used between the aluminum alloy panels and frame, completely eliminating cold bridges, reducing air leakage, and ensuring good sealing. Vibration-proof fans and motors are mounted on spring shock absorbers, and the fans and exhaust outlets are connected with soft hoses, effectively isolating the motor, fan, and other parts of the air conditioner to eliminate vibration transmission. The fan shaft and impeller are tightly matched, with all impellers undergoing static and dynamic balance correction for smooth operation.
