The modular air conditioning unit can cool, dry, heat, humidify, filter, and purify air, and also features noise reduction capabilities. It is widely applicable in scenarios requiring centralized air treatment such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and sports stadiums, as well as in purification air conditioning environments for cigarette manufacturing, food processing, and precision instrument production.
The features of the modular air conditioning unit include:
1. Unique combination design featuring independent manufacturing of function segments such as mixing, filtering, cooling, heating, humidifying, silencing, and fan sections. These segments are then combined according to varying application requirements, catering to everything from general comfort air conditioning to stringent cleanroom environments like integrated circuit dust-free rooms. The height and width of the modular air conditioning units are flexible, allowing for on-site adaptation to the required dimensions of the unit. They can be shipped as kits to the construction site and assembled there.
2. The coiled tube uses an imported copper tube and aluminum foil heat exchanger production line, offering high heat exchange efficiency with low air and water resistance. The heater also provides options for steel tube wrapped around aluminum foil and steel-aluminum composite pipes. The fan employs a domestic KF series central air conditioning double-inlet centrifugal fan, known for its high efficiency, low noise, and wide pressure head range. The motor is selected and installed within the fan section, isolated from airborne dust, allowing it to operate in clean and low-temperature air, effectively reducing the motor's power consumption and extending its lifespan. Options include dry steam humidifiers, high-pressure spray humidifiers, and wet film humidifiers, all with high humidification efficiency and energy-saving features.
3. The modular air conditioning unit is constructed with a reinforced aluminum alloy frame structure, connected into a solid unit using high-strength corner joints. It also features reasonable intermediate supports, ensuring even distribution of forces across the unit, thus guaranteeing no deformation under high pressure. The cabinet panels are a double-wall structure with the inner layer being galvanized steel and the outer layer being color-coated steel. The space between the walls is filled with 30-50mm thick foam insulation, which is free of fluorinated polyurethane, offering low thermal conductivity and excellent waterproofing and insulation properties. The internal design of the panels includes reinforced structures for added strength and durability. Insulation protection is used between the aluminum alloy panels and frame, completely eliminating cold bridges, reducing air leakage, and ensuring good sealing. The overall structure is innovative, with high rigidity, light weight, and easy assembly and disassembly.
4. Vibration-proof fans and motors are mounted on spring shock absorbers, and the fans and exhaust outlets are connected with flexible conduits, effectively isolating the motor, fan, and other parts of the air conditioner from vibration transmission. The fan shaft and impeller are tightly matched, with all impellers undergoing static and dynamic balance correction for smooth operation.
5. The modular air conditioning unit features a specially designed service door for easy access and maintenance; the condensate tray is treated with anti-rust protection; the housing is removable, allowing for the removal of all parts for repair without compromising the structural integrity of the housing. Equipment configuration sheet included.
