The absolute dry sludge yield of the screw press sludge dewatering machine and the relationship with the water treatment volume and concentration are as follows: the absolute dry sludge yield equals the water treatment volume of the equipment multiplied by the sludge concentration.

For example, if the equipment's water treatment capacity is 10 m3/h and the sludge moisture content is 99.5%, the components for a screw press sludge dewatering machine would relate to a sludge concentration of 0.5%. The absolute dry sludge amount of the equipment would be 10 * 0.005 * 1000 = 50KG. Multiply the water treatment capacity by the sludge concentration and then by 1000 to find out how many kilograms are processed per hour. This calculation results in 50KG/H.

2. To calculate the water volume to be treated, know the absolute dry sludge amount. The calculation method for the equipment is as follows: for the double-bridge screw sludge press filter, divide the absolute dry sludge amount by the sludge concentration (1 - moisture content). For example, if the equipment treats an absolute dry sludge amount of 60KG/H and the moisture content is 99%, the water volume treated is 60 / (1 - 0.99) = 6000KG. One ton equals 1000 kilograms, so that's equal to 6T/H.
