1. Flocculation issues. Due to the unique operating principle of the screw press, the wastewater treated by the screw press must undergo preliminary feed treatment. The compatibility of the treatment agent with the wastewater, the ratio of the treatment agent added, and the solubility of the treatment agent will all affect the size of the flocs in the wastewater.

2. Equipment tuning is insufficient. In terms of tuning: first, the flocculation effect of the wastewater needs to be adjusted, second, the rotational speed frequency of the main shaft should be fine-tuned, and third, the gap size of the back pressure plate and the flow rate of sludge and wastewater need to be properly adjusted. The technician will adjust the flow rate of the wastewater feed and the gap size of the back pressure plate based on the actual conditions such as the characteristics of the wastewater and the size of the flocs.

1. Adjusting the treatment agent is crucial. First, match the appropriate treatment agent based on the characteristics of your wastewater treatment. Then, adjust the dosage ratio according to the speed and size of the floc formation to ensure the wastewater achieves an optimal flocculation state upon entering the reaction tank.

2. In addition to the dosing pump's adjustment, the back pressure plate's regulation is also crucial. Therefore, after purchasing the screw press, it's important to have the technical staff perform the adjustment to achieve better treatment results.

3. Helical Spring Clip Distortion

The moisture content of the screw press for solid-liquid separation is adjusted through the rear plate and the variable frequency drive of the screw. To reduce moisture content, the gap on the rear plate is adjusted downward to increase pressure inside the pleated screw, thereby decreasing moisture. Increasing the gap on the rear plate reduces pressure inside the pleated screw, thus increasing moisture content. A smaller gap on the back pressure plate results in lower moisture content in the filter cake, which also imposes a significant burden, causing rapid wear on the machine's moving parts (floating ring, screw shaft). Reducing sludge concentration leads to a decrease in solid additives, resulting in higher moisture content. The screw dewatering machine's reduced performance due to lower internal pressure from solid additives. In this case, increasing the volume in the sludge can enhance the effect of increasing solid dosage. When the sludge input increases, please ensure that the liquid level does not exceed the high position (H) of the flocculant mixing tank. Adjust appropriately to maintain continuous dewatering.
