Introduction to Solar Micro-Power Automatic Sewage Treatment Equipment
The Haorun Solar Micro-Power Automatic Sewage Treatment Equipment converts solar energy into electrical power for sewage treatment using solar photovoltaic panels. With a fully charged battery, the system can maintain normal sewage treatment operations even during consecutive 7 days of rain and clouds. After undergoing multiple processes including pipeline collection, anaerobic biological treatment, contact oxidation, sedimentation, and meeting emission standards, the originally turbid sewage becomes crystal clear. The treated wastewater is suitable for reuse in irrigation. The organic sludge at the sedimentation pond can be placed in a composting site, and after composting, it can be reused as organic fertilizer.
This system is developed by our company and is at a very high level domestically. Its main features include a small land footprint, the use of eco-friendly and green solar energy as the primary power source, and microcomputer remote full-automatic control for management. Compared to conventional treatment processes, it has lower operating costs, is easy to manage, and ensures stable water quality output.
Product Features
1. Utilizes solar green energy, in compliance with the national industrial policy.
2. Utilizing integrated optoelectronic technology, powered by solar energy, no electricity is required, with minimal operational costs. Additionally, the system operates stably over the long term, effectively complementing the power grid to flatten peak loads and fill valleys. This approach aligns with national policy guidance while achieving minimal operational costs.
3. Enhanced with recirculation and aeration, featuring nitrogen and phosphorus removal capabilities, the effluent quality is excellent.
4. Utilizes A2/O process. Eligible for inclusion in the national energy conservation and emission reduction plan.
5. The application of microcomputer automatic control systems and remote online monitoring systems enables online communication, remote fault alarms, and remote troubleshooting, eliminating the need for human management. This addresses the real issue of a lack of operational management personnel in rural and townships, making the entire system feasible.
6. No noise or secondary pollution such as ozone.
7. The system boasts a compact structure and small footprint, significantly conserving land resources and allowing for greening on the surface.

Product Features: Utilizes solar green energy, in compliance with national industrial policies. Integrates photovoltaic technology, powered by solar energy, eliminating the need for electricity and nearly zero operational costs. It ensures long-term stable operation, peaks and valleys are adjusted through effective grid integration, aligning with national policy guidance while minimizing operational costs. Enhanced with recirculation and aeration, it has denitrification and phosphorus removal functions, resulting in excellent effluent quality. Employed A2/O process. Eligible for inclusion in the national energy conservation and emission reduction plan. Features a microcomputer automatic control system and a remote online monitoring system, enabling online communication, remote fault alarms, and troubleshooting, eliminating the need for on-site management, addressing the real issue of a lack of operation and maintenance personnel in rural areas. The system is noise-free, compact in structure, occupies minimal land area, and can be used for greening on the ground.
Product features include high removal rate of pollutants, strong resistance to sludge expansion, stable and reliable effluent water quality with no suspended solids. The MBR membrane bioreactor achieves a complete separation of sludge retention time (STR) and hydraulic retention time (HRT), simplifying design and operation significantly. The mechanical cutoff function of the membrane prevents microbial loss, allowing for high sludge concentration within the bioreactor, thereby increasing volume load and reducing sludge load. The MBR process eliminates the secondary sedimentation tank, reducing land area requirements. The active sludge in the MBR aeration tank does not lose due to water, and during operation, the active sludge changes with the concentration of organic matter, reaching a dynamic equilibrium, which ensures stable effluent and high resistance to shock loads. The larger hydraulic circulation leads to uniform mixing of wastewater, resulting in good dispersion of active sludge and significantly increasing the specific surface area. Integrated equipment with PLC automatic control, simple installation and construction, easy operation and management, and minimal land area.
