Fifth-generation ceramic perforating agent
DTHBTC-05, the fifth-generation new environmental-friendly ceramic abrasive hole-making agent, is synthesized from esterification dehydrogenation and suspension polymerization, developed and produced by our company. It was launched in June 2015 and has been patented. This product is free of benzene, formaldehyde, and other toxic substances. It is a ceramic abrasive hole-making material developed through long-term research and production by Qingzhou Datang Environmental Protection Technology, and it represents the cutting-edge of ceramic abrasive hole-making materials internationally. It replaces toxic hole-making materials such as naphthalene and DMT. Its true density is 1.21 g/m³.

Design Requirements
Completely meets environmental green production standards, free of toxic substances.
Softening temperature: 120°C, vaporization temperature: 550°C
After gasification, the residue should serve as a cooling agent during the grinding process with the abrasive wheel and should have good leveling properties for the grinding fluid.
The pore size formed after the original particle size is created is over 95% of the original particle size.
After the abrasive wheel is sintered, it has a bright color, enhancing the appearance luster.
DMT and other toxic perforating materials emit intense black smoke and a strong benzene odor during sintering and ignition, whereas the DTHBTC-05 environmental-friendly ceramic abrasive perforating agent burns with no smoke and minimal odor (non-toxic gases).
The product composition is 80% of naphthalene and 90% of DMT, reducing costs.
Increase the high-temperature stability during grinding wheel usage, enhance the grinding power, and reduce the degree of wheel clogging.
