I. Usage

This product is made from imported materials through special processing. It is primarily used for casting and die-casting of zinc alloys, as well as for purifying zinc liquid in zinc alloy ingots, zinc alloy sheets, and hot-dip galvanizing industries.

II. Technical Features

1: This product boasts strong slag removal capabilities and can reduce most zinc oxides back to zinc, enhancing the utilization rate of zinc.
2: The product emits minimal smoke and odor during operation, with slag appearing as dry powder, loose, and light, making it easy to separate from the zinc liquid.
3: This product achieves the desired effect on zinc liquid at a lower temperature of 420-450ºC, thereby reducing defects such as burn damage to the suction due to excessively high zinc liquid temperature.

Section 3: Dosage Quantity:

The addition rate is 0.2~0.5% by weight of the zinc melt.

When used in conjunction with zinc refining de-gassing agents, this product achieves even better results.

4. Specifications and Packaging

1: This product is a grey-black powder, with a specification of 2KG per bag.
2: Outer packaging is 50KG per drum, 25KG per box.
Store in a dry place, prevent moisture, and keep at room temperature.
4: Valid for 12 months.
