Third-generation ceramic perforating agent
The DTHB-TC-03 Generation 3 New Environmental Protection Ceramic Sanding Wheel Drilling Agent is a waterproof and dehydration treatment special wood particle developed and produced by our company. Through a series of processes, the biological molecular chains are broken, preventing them from expanding when in contact with water and avoiding water absorption. This product contains no benzene; formaldehyde, and other toxic substances; it differs from the old generation of walnut shells; dextrin; DMT; and refined naphthalene, among other low-end products. It is a new ceramic drilling material developed and produced by Qingzhou Datang Environmental Protection Technology through long-term research and development. It replaces toxic drilling materials such as refined naphthalene, walnut shells, and DMT.


Design Requirements
1. Fully meets environmental green production standards, free of toxic substances. The third generation is inorganic, water-resistant, and has a low expansion coefficient.
2. Combustion temperature of 550 degrees, with a vaporization temperature around 850 degrees (specifically see the sintering curve and sintering holding time for details).
3. The pore diameter formed after original particle size drilling is over 90% of the original particle size.
4. After firing, ceramic products feature bright colors and enhanced luster.
5. Materials like DMT, which are toxic and porous, produce intense black smoke and a strong benzene odor when sintered and ignited, whereas the DTHB-TC-03 eco-friendly ceramic pore former burns without smoke or odor.
6. Mohs hardness above 4.5 to prevent the ceramic products from being extruded and broken during the molding process, resulting in uneven hole formation.
7. Enhance the high-temperature stability of ceramic products, increase abrasive force, and reduce the degree of sandwheel clogging.
