The DTHBTC-04 fourth-generation new-type environmental-friendly ceramic abrasive hole-making agent is a intermediate esterification dehydrogenation synthesis suspension polymer produced by our company. It was launched in June 2012 and patented. This product contains no benzene; formaldehyde, or other toxic substances. It is a ceramic hole-making material developed and produced by Qingzhou Datang Environmental Protection Technology through long-term research and development, and is currently an advanced ceramic hole-making material on the international front. It replaces toxic hole-making raw materials such as naphthalene and DMT. The true density is 0.9g/m³, with a relatively light specific gravity of about 0.75.

Design Requirements
1. Fully meets environmental green production standards, free of toxic substances.
2. Burn temperature: 240 degrees, vaporization temperature: 550 degrees
3. The pore size formed after original particle size hole-making is over 95% of the original particle size.
4. After firing, the ceramic products feature bright colors and enhanced luster.
5. Materials like DMT, which are toxic and porous, emit intense black smoke and a strong benzene odor when sintered and ignited, whereas the DTHBTC-04 eco-friendly ceramic pore former burns without smoke or odor.
6. The product usage is 60% of naphthalene and 70% of DMT, significantly reducing costs.
7. Enhance the high-temperature stability of ceramic products, increase grinding power, and reduce the degree of abrasive wheel clogging.
