The Smart Spectral Gas Cloud Imaging Gas Detection System identifies gases by their absorption differences at specific infrared wavelengths from different gas components, enabling finer distinctions of gas characteristics. It accurately identifies the type and concentration features of gases, with advantages in gas recognition, range marking, accuracy under extreme weather conditions, and alarm response time. By analyzing and comparing infrared spectra within the video range, it can detect up to 60+ types of hazardous chemicals. With the identification and judgment of the backend AI algorithm, it can promptly and accurately issue early warnings for gas leaks, serving as a powerful tool to ensure safe production, processing, and transportation in the hazardous chemicals industry.
System Composition
The system consists of a front-end spectral camera module, a middle fiber optic transmission module, and a rear-end network and server module. The network employs a star topology. Images are captured by the spectral camera, transmitted through fiber optics to the rear-end server, where they are analyzed and processed by AI algorithms. Upon detecting gas leakage, the system marks it on the image and triggers an alarm. Simultaneously, the analysis results and data are sent in real-time to the visualization platform for live representation.
