Through the study of plastic mold training, you will master basic concepts of plastics, the forming and processing properties of thermoplastics, fundamental principles of thermoplastic product design, the basic structure and classification of injection molds, the design of injection mold components, and the design of the gating system. You will also be able to complete the design tasks and maintenance of plastic molds.
It is understood that with the development of China's industrialization and the increasing demand for high-quality mold technology from various factories, the demand for top-grade mold design talent in our country is also rising year by year. Consequently, many plastic mold training institutions have emerged. Moreover, as plastic mold design is a popular mold design today, the training design courses in many mold training institutions are highly sought after.
Currently, the training courses for plastic mold offered by various mold training institutions vary in teaching methods, with a wide range of approaches. Each training model has its own strengths, and students should choose a course that suits their individual needs.

Plastic mold training is a technical course covering a diverse range of fields, including plastic mold design software and machining centers, and it is quite comprehensive. Therefore, learning mold design requires a multifaceted technical approach.
The study of plastic mold software employs a project-based teaching method. By designing a mold, learners master the command system available in the plastic mold software. This teaching approach is relatively innovative, though project-based learning has been proposed for a long time, it's not easy to implement effectively in teaching. This mold training method efficiently addresses the challenge of limited training time and heavy workload, enabling students to acquire a wealth of knowledge in a short period.

Plastic Molding Training Content:
What is a mold?
Molds are tools used in industrial production for processes such as injection molding, blow molding, die casting, stamping, and stretching to obtain the required products. They are devices used to define the shape and size of the produced objects.
2. Categories of Plastic Molding: Injection molding molds; Gas-assisted molding molds; Extrusion molding molds, etc.
3. A set of plastic mold is generally divided into two parts: the fixed mold and the moving mold.
The mold is mounted on the fixed bed of the injection molding machine, connected to the injection unit at the back; the moving mold is installed on the movable bed of the machine tool, opening and closing during operation by dividing along the parting surface, moving together with the movable bed when closing.
4. The Molding Principle of Plastic Molding:
Plastic granules are first added to the heated barrel of an injection molding machine during the molding process. The plastic melts due to heat. Under the push of the injection machine's screw or plunger, it flows through the nozzle and into the mold cavity via the injection system. The molten plastic hardens and takes shape due to physical action, forming the final injection-molded product.

Our team is stable, boasting strong technical capabilities and teaching expertise. Students' programmed codes are reviewed by instructors and then scheduled for machine processing to verify the program and process rationality. We adopt practical teaching methods, offer free relearning in the next session if a student is not proficient in the first, and continue until they master the skills. We reject mere theoretical discussions!
Students initially learn theoretical knowledge, and later are arranged to practice at mold design or CNC programming practical sites, truly combining theory with practice!
