Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers a mentorship approach with hands-on instruction, aligning with industry demands for the latest and most practical techniques. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it can be done, even with a junior high school education! There's this saying: "Learning has no priority, but those who reach the destination first are the ones who go first." As long as you find a good training institution and a good teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth, systematic learning, mold design is also a subject that can be easily mastered.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly prominent. The demand for talents is increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable talents! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers with ordinary training is basically over 6,000, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000. After three years, the salary is generally over 10,000; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you have the ability to work, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning one or two software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus primarily on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology! Misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name how many training schools would hire an instructor with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates under the mentor-apprentice model. Large training schools may have dozens to over a hundred students, but how many can a teacher truly attend to? Besides, the teachers are all hired; will they take the time to personally teach and nurture you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still poring over books, building in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment. You definitely shouldn't miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Motivated youth, individuals with a high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges.

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly drawings, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, pinching, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product reasonable modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. CAD mold assembly drawings, UG mold assembly drawings; preparation of BOM table with 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive enhancement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing reviews and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Stage Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application of face milling, cutting methods, and the setting of main parameters, and master them.
2. Flat Milling: Understand the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tools appropriately for different sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling generally employs a following-the-perimeter cutting method, with the main focus on parameter settings and mastery.
4. Re-clearing of cavity milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Example:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, master the electrode processing process and fixture handling. Pay attention to key points for special electrode processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale molding frame processing.
