Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training, taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience. Following the mentor-apprentice approach, we provide hands-on teaching, delivering the latest and most practical techniques to meet industry needs. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can a person with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible, even with a junior high school education! There's this saying: "In learning, those who achieve mastery first are those who start early." Just find a good training institution with qualified teachers, engage in in-depth and systematic learning, and mold design can be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is ever-increasing; for example, the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta area is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still struggle to find suitable candidates! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers who have completed ordinary training generally exceeds 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you have work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus mainly on the basic operations of the software, lacking understanding of the industry's technology! Misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire an instructor with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors have the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanisms, b) software operation, c) machining processes.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice system. Large training schools can have dozens, even hundreds of students, but how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are hired externally; will they take the time to teach you with heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn a new skill? Are you still working on the assembly line, performing repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still studying textbooks, working in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment for you – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Applicants: Motivated youth with a high school or higher education, as well as workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools.

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, processing technology, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, moving parts, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition
Section 2: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Understand the applications, cutting methods, and key parameter settings of surface milling.
2. Flat Milling: Know the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learning to choose the correct tools appropriately for varying sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling generally employs a contouring cutting method following the periphery, with emphasis on the setup and mastery of key parameters.
4. Re-clearing of cavity milling: Primarily focuses on processing the leftover stock after the initial roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Setting and mastering the main parameters, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, master the electrode processing and clamping procedures. Pay attention to special points in processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of the mating surfaces of front and rear mold cores.
4. Complete Mold Machining: Mastering the key points for complete mold machining, integrating the common processing flow of molds in the factory and the processing department's flow.
5. Product Processing: Craft concerns and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content, completed through full-time instruction, takes approximately three months to finish. Upon completion of our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess 2-3 years of work experience, qualifying you to independently perform as a mold designer and programmer. As the saying goes, "Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand." Three months of learning will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
